MINUTES of 2012-2013 PBAM Meeting Meeting date: Saturday October 13, 2012 Call to order: The PBAM meeting was held in Shadd Gym, Montreal, Quebec on 13th of October, 2012. The meeting convened at 1:00PM, President Rick Aquino presiding with Internal VP Mike Castro, Business Manager Peter Sanchez and Interim Treasurer Jake Maguigad. Advisors Frank Baluyot with Lydia Baluyot, and Nancy Maguigad Representatives in attendance: All City Deo Quiblat and Miguel Sorensen Bakers Ed Vasquez FCAWI Peter Sanchez Scorer and Timer Dhabie Discussed the following: 12345678910Financial Statements (PBAM 2011-2012 & PIBNA 36TH) Referee Assignments (Local Referee assignments to be handled by Earl Houghton) Discussed costs of operations per game. A matrix will be used. Opening Day is finalized: OCTOBER 27th , 2012. Venue: LS CDN(Shadd). Approximately 50 teams so far have been committed and completed registration forms to follow within next few days. Saturday 9AM to 9PM schedules will be implemented for games at LS CDN. The advantage of monthly format is to free-up more gym time on Sundays to accommodate for various team practices. Requests by other teams looking for available gyms for practices are being worked on by Jake Maguigad. Will seek more help from the City and will advise all once a commitment is agreed upon. The Opening Day (October 27th) food and beverage concessions will be handled by The Alamat Group. This resolution was based on a unanimous vote by the team representatives available in this meeting.

Food & Beverage Concession at LS CDN (Shadd) - The rotation of Associations will be the format for 2012-2013 season. This will help in the fund raising of the association participating. The order of rotation will be done on Opening Day. The GOPBAM.com WEBSITE - will be the Go To medium used for promoting events, notices, announcements, game schedules, PBAM Minutes of Meeting, etc. We encourage all teams to visit this site on a periodic basis for updates or in case of schedule changes. All PBAM Associations and Teams are offered a spot in the PBAM website to make their promotions or announcements (Free of Charge). Send information to Rick Aquino should you want to publish via the PBAM site. Penalties shots will apply on the 10th foul VS. 8th foul Disciplinary Action: Any Team member (Coach or Player) is automatically ejected from the game, punitive actions apply as per Rules & Regulations + 2 weeks of no participation in any PBAM activity. 161718The Coach of the Championship team at the end of the season has the right of first refusal as the Coach for the PIBNA yearly tournament. If the Coach is unable or refuses to do so- the runner-up team Coach will be the next in Line. Coach of the PIBNA games can only select maximum 5 players from his own team and the balance of the players from other teams or associations. Palaboyz Club representative Juanito Ortaleza advised that line-ups still unavailable due to lack of players not yet registered (PYBCOM). As per Ms. Ella (via phone conversation) - will have an answer by Friday the 19th October. Open and the 510 division will be entered. Ex-Palaboyz players that were leased to other teams last season will be requested to return. Additional players can be added to the roster as long as that player has not played in any association or guest teams in the current PBAM 2012-2013 season. The deadline of any roster changes will be on January 2013. Scheduling of games will be done a few days prior to opening. Only those with submitted line-ups will be scheduled for the opening day. The PBAM is still in search of a suitable permanent Treasurer and Auditor. Suggestions or candidates are welcome for an interview. Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 3:30PM
