Re: BLIBLI Indonesia Open 2019, part of the HSBC BWF World Tour Super 1000
Dear Sir/Madam:
Badminton Association of Indonesia (PBSI) is pleased to invite your team to the BLIBLI Indonesia
Open 2019, part of the HSBC BWF World Tour Super 1000 which will be held from 16-21 July 2019
in Jakarta, Indonesia.
In accordance with BWF World Tour Regulations, the following draw sizes will be implemented
in Men’s Singles, Women’s Singles, Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles:
All events will be run on a strict timetable system, and any changes to the schedule of play will
be announced by the Referee. Competitors should be ready to play at least 15 minutes prior to
their scheduled time, and failure to arrive on court at this time will result in the player/pair being
disqualified.
5. Online Entry:
BWF have fully implemented the Online Entry System to submit the entries for this tournament
Member Associations are advised to log into the group entry URL: BLIBLI Indonesia Open

The online entry page will close immediately on Tuesday 04th June 2019 at 23:59 hours,
BWF Headquarters time. You are required to submit the entries on time; late entries will not
be accepted.
After the closing date, the BWF Online Entry System will send notification to all
participating Member Associations confirming receipt of final entries. Receipt of this
notification is the conclusive evidence of receipt of entries before the deadline.
The Member Associations should contact BWF immediately if such notice is not received
by Wednesday 05th May 2019 by 12 noon BWF Headquarters time (+08.00 GMT)
following close of entries

If no objection is received by BWF by Thursday 06th May 2019 23.59 hours BWF
Headquarters time (+08.00GMT) following the close of entries, the entries shall deem to
be correct. No complaints / objections shall be entertained after this point. All entries must
be submitted by online entries only.

Notes: For HSBC BWF World Tour Super 1000 and 750 tournaments, the top half of the draw for
the first round for each discipline will be played on Tuesday, and the bottom half of the draw for
the first round will be played on Wednesday. Finalists from previous week’s BWF World Tour
(Grade 2 – Levels 2-6) tournaments will play their first round(s) on Wednesday.
Times and order of play may be changed at the discretion of the Referee. All end times are
approximate.

7. Technical Officials
*Per pair
The distribution of prize money is in accordance with BWF regulations. All prize monies are non-
taxable. Medals will be awarded to all winners and runners-up.
9. Shuttlecocks: YONEX – AS 50
Clothing and Advertising must adhere to BWF General Competition Regulations 20-24.
The Championships will be run in accordance with the Laws of Badminton, BWF General
Competition Regulations, and BWF World Tour Regulations.

14. Withdrawals:
Withdrawals of players will be handled as per BWF General Competition Regulations and
Player Commitment Regulations.

15. Drug testing:
Will be carried out by random and targeted sample system according to BWF
regulations.
The organizers will not be responsible for any injury sustained at any time by any player or official
arising from his participation in this Championship. Any costs occurred for medical treatment
and/or hospitalization shall be borne by the Member Association of the player/official concerned.
All players and officials are recommended to review their insurance cover and ensure that
it meets your current requirements.
17. Practice:
We are pleased to offer practice at both the Main Arena and Practice Hall (GBK Arena).
Main Hall, will be available on July 15, 2019 from 08.00-22.00. Please complete the Practice Request
Form, allocation of time and number of courts are subject to Referee’s approval. Three shuttlecocks
per player will be given.
Practice court, will be available from July 14, 2019 onward at GBK Arena from 08.00-22.00. Please
fill the Practice Request Form, allocation of time and number of courts will be subject to Referee’s
approval.
Players and Team Officials are required to wear passes to entry the arena, please return the
Team official Accreditation Form with an electronic passport size photo of all players and team
officials to sekjen@pbsi.or.id not later than 02 July 2019.
Accreditation passes will be issued to nominated team officials on the following scale :
Note: Accreditation passes are for accompanying officials and any additional passes will have to
be purchased at USD100 each.

20. Visa:
If your player(s) and official(s) require visas to enter Indonesia please make sure that application
are made at least six weeks prior to the event (not later than 11th June 2019). If you need any

22. Transportation:
Airport transfer will be provided from / to Soekarno – Hatta International Airport to/from the official
Hotel (Mulia Hotel and Century Hotel) upon request. The flight details can be filled up in the
attached form, and must be sent to loteam.id@gmail.com or PBSI not later than Monday, June
25th 2019 for pick-up arrangement. Ground transportation to and from the venue will only be
provided to participants staying at the official hotel.

Full Payment must be finalized not later than 24th June 2019. You must to email your bank
receipt to appointed PIC by email once you already make payment.
All reservation confirmation will be released automatically if we not received any payment on or

On courts Doctors and Physiotherapist will be available during the tournament and further
information will provided at the team managers meeting.
It is essential that we do all we can to secure maximum publicity for our sport, and It is a condition
of entry into BWF Sanctioned Tournaments that each player, if requested by the BWF, the Media
Manager or other Tournament officials, is required to undertake a range of media activities. Please
refer to BWF Player Commitment Regulations (BWF Statutes 5.3.6) for further details.
It is expected that Member Associations will help facilitate, but not be limited to, Autograph
Signings and Player Appearances for fans attending the Championships.

The Championships will work closely with Member Associations, in accordance with BWF
Regulations, in order to achieve this. Failure to comply may result in a penalty being applied.
Any Media wishing to attend the Championships should apply through the following, no later than
19 June 2019.
Photography is not permitted within the playing arena at any time, and the Championships
reserves the right to remove any items of equipment breaching this policy.
Video recording within the playing arena is only permitted by players and Team Officials of
competing Member Associations from clearly defined points using video accreditation passes.
There are a limited number of these positions and passes available, and prior authorisation must
be obtained in advance from the Information Office, and accreditation must be clearly displayed
on the cameras. The Championships reserves the right to remove any non-accredited items of
equipment.
PLEASE NOTE: Video footage captured must be used solely for training purposes by the Member
Association and its coaching staff. Member Associations may be liable for any costs incurred by
BWF if their video footage is used for any other purpose
