Dear Sir/Madam, We learned that you having your basketball and Volleyball tournament. In this connection, the Sports Specialist Referees & Coaches Association would like to offer its services under the following terms: 1. The officiating core will be compensated at the amount of P1,000.00 per game, including referee, statistician and time keeper for Basketball and P1,000.00 per game, including referee, scorer and line judges for Volleyball. 2. A minimum of two games per scheduled, otherwise the official should be compensated an additional fifty percent of the amount stated above per game. 3. In case of force majeure / forfeiture events due to bad weather, brownouts and other unforeseen circumstances, the officials should receive half of the amount compensated. 4. The association should be notified any changes or postponement at least a day before the scheduled game. 5. All default games including double default should be compensated in full. 6. The association should be furnished with the official schedules of the games for the entire tournament. 7. The organizer should provide food for all SSRCA officials. 8. The organizer should provide ample security to the association / officials during and after the games. 9. A fifty percent of the total amount of all the games should be paid before the opening of the tournament, and the remaining fifty percent should be paid after the finals. 10. If the organizer fail to abide with the terms and condition stated above the undersigned has the right to nullify this agreement. The association will also having a basketball and Volleyball clinic regarding the new rules and regulations of the FIBA and FIVB rules. The basketball and Volleyball clinic will assist the participating teams, coaches, assistant coaches and players on how the rules are being implemented before, during and after the games.
