This is a contract entered into by and between, the Hon. Joseph V.

Grey, herein referred to as


the First Party, and the SAN JORGE BASKETBALL REFEREES ASSOCIATION (SABRA), a member of
Basketball Association of the Philippines (BAP), herein refer to as the Second Party, WITNESSETH that:

1. The Hon. Joseph V. Grey, Samar shall sponsor an Inter- Agency Basketball Tournament and
shall tap the services of the SABRA.
2. The Hon Joseph V. Grey, and the SABRA shall co-manage the said Tournament.
3. The First Party shall pay the services of the Second Party the amount of
__P 6,000.00 (Six Thousand Pesos)____________________________
per scheduled game based upon the master schedule including games declared in- default.
4. The First Party will not shoulder the incidental expenses such as, but not limited there to,
the following: fare of referees, meals, snacks and the likes.
5. The First Party shall pay the services of the Second Party upon the conclusion of the said
Tournament which shall be on or before April 23, 2019, and the First Party shall pay in full,
fulfilling its obligation to pay the services rendered by the Second Party.
6. Both parties hereby agree to comply and abide the hereto-mentioned terms and conditions.

We hereby affix our signature this 10 th day of April, 2019 at the Municipal Session Hall, San
Jorge, Samar
