for performing as per to my expectations. I have to make my team members to focus on

achieving the main objectives. I have observed that sometimes it take much time to move my
team members in the performing stage. But as a team leader I must always make sure that my
team members must work collaboratively.

ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR
5.

Answer (a)
I have seen many people who are struggling in their life to get success. They always try

to do everything achievable to be the successful person. And for them achievement depends just
on the hard work they utilize into their work. Same as the person I know as my team leader I
have worked with, he was having the autocratic leadership style. His communication style was
generally described as only one way; they tell his team member exactly what he wants to be
done. And the input we got from his leadership style was usually unplanned.
He simply told us when we have made a mistake and helps us in solving those mistakes.
His decision making was usually unilateral and he achieves his goals by properly directing us.
This might not sound a type of leader one would like to follow, but there were some situation
when this leadership style is more effective. When I realized that my team leader is ready to put
effort, I felt forced to perform accordingly. Under his leadership style I became more responsive
and efficient to his style of leadership as well as more positive in my work.
