Vinegar Concentration

Perform a first hand investigation to determine the concentration of a domestic

acidic substance using computer-based technologies.
Vinegar contains acetic acid which is titrated against standardised NaOH(aq) using a
pH probe attached to a data logger.
The data recorded can be used to draw a graph. The endpoint is where the pH
changes most rapidly.
