Harveys New Addition
New store to open in Hollywood
LOS ANGELES (Feb. 21, 2016) Harvey Chocolate Co. opened a new store
on Hollywood Boulevard today. This is Harvey Chocolates first store in
California.
The company will host an Academy Awards viewing party for 300 guests to
promote the opening. Harvey Chocolate is using the new location to
contribute to the area and expose locals and tourists to what Harvey
Chocolate has to offer.
We are looking to expand our brand, said Walter Harvey Jr., CEO. And to
show people of Los Angeles they can have high quality chocolate for a low
price.
Celebrities attending the party include those in current films such as Kate
Mara from The Martian. This week, 10 randomly selected guests received a
ticket allowing them and one guest to the party.
The new store includes a chocolate fountain that produces 25 pounds of
chocolate per day. It is the second largest store to date in terms of chocolate
production. Along with chocolate, clothing, toys and memorabilia are for sale.
