Columbia. The newspapers are Dawson Creek Mirror and Alaskan Highway News. The press

release will also be sent to CJDC, Dawson Creek and CHET TV both are local television

stations. Audio press releases can be made through radio stations such as Peace FM, Sun FM and

Moose FM. These media are spread across the peace region and the company could easily get the

attention of their target audience.

Since the operation of the company is in small scale and most of the target audience are

the people in and around peace region in British Columbia. A minority of the customers will be

the tourists from United States either visiting Canada or travelling to Alaska. Dawson Creek

Mirror and Alaskan Highway have online presence that could help the tourists to know about the

WHOLE WHEAT & HONEY IS OPENING A NEW STORE AT DAWSON CREEK.

Whole Wheat & Honey Café is happy to announce that we are opening a new store in the

city of Dawson Creek. A new management is taking over the firm from May 2020. The store is

also about to witness new additions to their already flourished list of items offered. Moreover,

the store has plans to expand its business to supermarkets and other big retailers in the coming

months. The new changes will begin with a special charity fundraising for the substance abuse

victims.

The new store will cater the customers in the city of Dawson Creek who before have to

travel all the way to Fort St. John to experience the legacy of Whole Wheat& Honey. “The cafe

is a tourist favorite for as long as I can remember and has always proven its competence

throughout the decades of its operation,” said the Mayor of Fort St. John, Y. Litzzmann. The

mayor of the City OF Dawson Creek, Robert D. has been impressed by the idea of fundraising

by the cafe for helping the victims of substance abuse. The café is planning to donate their first

week profit to the cause.

The café was started in the year 1950 by Dakota Franklin and was first of its kind in the

region offering creative delicacies to its customers. Initially it had traditional Canadian breakfast

with coffee, a variety of cookies made from wheat and other ingredients such as honey,

chocolate, sugar syrup etc. As the years went by, peace region grew into a bigger economy with

more variety of customers. New delicacies were added to the menu including customized

cookies, pastries, lunch and dinner kits etc. More varieties of products attracted more customers

making the café one of the most renowned eatery in the peace region. The latest additions to the

menu include fruit pies, exotic flavor teas, pizzas, customized donuts and don airs. Renowned

food vlogger Benjamin has once listed the eatery in his top ten eateries to visit in northern British

Columbia. The eatery was also nominated for the Michelin stars in 2005.The cafe is run by

Rocky Peace the great grandson of Dakota Franklin following the family legacy in the field.

One of the major group of people anticipating the store in Dawson Creek is the student

community in the Northern Lights College who will get a nice place to have quality time with

their friends. The retail superstores such as Safeway and Walmart will have the packaged

products of the café from June 2020.
