PROCESS MAP FOR FACULTY/COLLEGE BASED STUDENT ORGS PROJECT PROPOSAL

Consultation:
a. Consult with the community development coordinator for a possible project, based on
the needs of the community/institution and ask for the Budget Code for your project.
2. Preparation

4. Endorsement request for the endorsement dsignature from your adviser, community
development coordinator, dean and regent
5. Submission and initial evaluation 30 calendar days befere the target date of implementation,
to the UST SIMBAHAYAN Communirty development office for initial evaluation
6. Follow-up Once passed the initial evaluation, make a follow-up on the status of the proposal
after 3 days.
