Both websites will ask students to create an
account the first time you register for a test.
Make sure to save your account information
to a safe location.
When you register, you must provide your
full legal name as it appears on your photo
ID, date of birth, sex, and mailing address.

During registration, choose your test date (all
test dates are on Saturday) and test center
location.
Please note the fee for each test. If
registering online, you must pay with a credit
card, debit card, or pre-paid card.

For both tests, you will download an
acceptable photo ID of yourself.

How to Register for the SAT or ACT


The ID is for your admission ticket which you
will print once you have completed the
registration.
You will also take a photo ID and admission
ticket on test day.
The name on your admission ticket must match
the name on your photo ID, or they will NOT let
you test.

Your admission ticket will list what to bring
and what NOT to bring on test day.
Remember no. 2 pencils and an
acceptable calculator are a MUST!
Prohibited items on test day: cell phones,
tablets, or other electronic devices.
