    All ten digits 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 are used exactly once to make the number.
    The first digit (from the left) is divisible by 1.
    The first 2 digits make a number divisible by 2.
    The first 3 digits make a number divisible by 3.
    The first 4 digits make a number divisible by 4.
    The first 5 digits make a number divisible by 5.
    The first 6 digits make a number divisible by 6.
    The first 7 digits make a number divisible by 7.
    The first 8 digits make a number divisible by 8.
    The first 9 digits make a number divisible by 9.
    All 10 digits make a number which is divisible by 10.
    For example, look at the number 3217490658 which uses all 10 digits one each.
    3 is divisible by 1 : So that works
    32 is divisible by 2 : So that works
    321 is divisible by 3 : So that works
    3217 is not divisible by 4 : SO 3217490658 is not the number we are looking for.
