This disk contains a complete set of 32/64-bit version of MicroTec-4.23 software package for 2D semiconductor process and device simulation.
The software is supplied "as is" without any accompanying support or maintenance from Siborg Systems Inc. Under no circumstances will Siborg assume any responsibility resulted from the use of the softw

2. Installation Procedure
Run MicroTec_423_Student.exe and follow instructions on the screen. After the installation is complete, mt_inst.exe is automatically run and the windows pops-up "Siborg Systems License Setup". Select "
Never try to "Deinstall" MicroTec using mt_inst.exe, you will not be able to install it again and your license will be lost.
