General Information This disk contains a complete set of 32/64-bit version of MicroTec-4.23 software package for 2D semiconductor process and device simulation. The software is supplied "as is" without any accompanying support or maintenance from Siborg Systems Inc. Under no circumstances will Siborg assume any responsibility resulted from the use of the softw Since early 90's MicroTec was used for educational purposes by more than 130 Universities in 27 countries including University of California at Berkeley, University of Waterloo, Waseda University, Toky MicroTec was also used by more than 30 semiconductor companies including NTT, Hitachi, Matsushita, General Electric, National Semiconductor, IDT and Texas Instruments. 2. Installation Procedure Run MicroTec_423_Student.exe and follow instructions on the screen. After the installation is complete, mt_inst.exe is automatically run and the windows pops-up "Siborg Systems License Setup". Select " Never try to "Deinstall" MicroTec using mt_inst.exe, you will not be able to install it again and your license will be lost. 3.
