your financial and emotional needs. We are thrilled to have you with us!
History tells us that to be successful in business, one needs a simple system.

This system is to allow you to be you, while following a Roadmap to success.

When you accomplish your why, what will this give you? Once again be specific.
1. What do you want your income to be? Determine your immediate financial goals?
2. Your five year financial goals?
3. What will your life look like? Will you earn enough to quit your job, earn the Mercedes, or make
enough to send your kids to the school of your choice.

Knowing this, you can now work with your sponsor on a plan of action!

When?
We are all busy 24 hours a day, so it is important to create a schedule.
It is easy to say that youre going to build an Arbonne business, but unless you set aside the time to do it,
your dreams can escape you. In your calandar, mark off the time you plan to work. You will want to get a
schedule of events from your sponsor and put these dates in your calendar.

Where?
Determine where you will be working in your home.
Have a dedicated space for all of your Arbonne materials. This will help you stay organized
and keep your work easily accessible.

my skin and I am sure you will love them too. I really need to practice, please can I book in a 1-on-1 Pamper session
with you? I would really appreciate your feedback. PAUSE
Answer:
Yes. YOU SAY ... Great when suits you? I have Tuesday or Wednesday available. PAUSE
No. YOU SAY ... Ok, are you open to sampling our Premium products for a few days? When would you be
available for me to drop them off? PAUSE

Common Objections:
Sometimes an objection is just a need for more information. Here are a few common objections and how to
overcome them.
WHAT IS IT:
Arbonne is a luxury brand skin care, makeup and health & wellness company. My skin has never felt better,
I love it and I am sure you will love it to.
I ALREADY LOVE WHAT I AM USING!
I completely understand as I was the same, thats why I would love your feedback after comparing what you
are currently using to Arbonne!
IS IT EXPENSIVE OR I DONT REALLY SPEND A LOT ON MY SKINCARE AND MAKEUP!
I can show you how to buy the products at a discount directly from the company online, if it turns out you
like them. They are comparable or even less than department store brands and what really sets them apart
is the results that you get.
IS IT ONE OF THOSE PYRAMID SHCEMES?
No its Network Marketing, something I never thought I would do as I never really understood this business
model, but now I am so excited about what this business can offer me and my family!

ASKING FOR A PRODUCT EXPERIENCE


Hi Julie I have started my own business. Its a premium luxury product which has transformed my skin and I cant wait
for you to try it. The reason I am asking is that I am in my training month and my upline is coaching me. Id love it if
you could get just a couple of friends together and you will receive some great discounts and I can learn the basics on
how to run a product experience, it would mean the world to me? PAUSE
Answer:
Yes. YOU SAY ... Great! Lets set a date. PAUSE
No. YOU SAY ... Ok, I completely understand and I appreciate that youre busy. Could I then offer you an
Express Session where I would pop around for 20 minutes so you can sample the products. They have changed my
skin and I would love your feedback, no pressure! PAUSE

Answer:
Yes. YOU SAY ... Great , are you free tomorrow or the next day? PAUSE
No. YOU SAY ... Ok, are you open to sampling our Premium products for a few days? When would you be

I DONT HAVE ENOUGH TIME?
Ok, I completely understand and I appreciate that youre busy. Could I then offer you an Express Session

I DONT KNOW MANY PEOPLE
Thats perfect! The smaller the group the better, we only want a maximum of 6 people, so everyone can be
pampered and feel the benefits of these products. It will be fun and your friends will love you for it.
