issues and the desire for new knowledge and
twas just an amazing rotation with a wonderful Instructor! Theso past 6 weeks were very educational for me, |
fee! like “I have put together” all of the Nursing skills that I've learned through the Nursing program. I think |
was very lucky with this rotation, since every week | had something new to learn. | had a chance to went to OR
with my patient and watch Cystoscopy; I was able to assist OBGY to Irrigate Infectious C-section drainago;
and | ‘ve got lucky to participate in patient's care during the Rapid response. | have learned about various new
diseases like Superior Mesenteric Artery, Empyema, Raynaud's disease, and many more. I was really
impressed about how friendly, knowledgeable and helpful all the Staff members were on the unit. Our
Instructor was very helpful, understanding and I truly enjoyod working with her this semester!
| feel much more comfortable with performing my Nursing care and | am looking forward to learn and practice
ew skills in my Practicum and futuro Nursing career!

It is ovident that Katya has grown in knowledge and confidence in this clinical rotation. She Is excited to be in
this profession and excited to learn more. She excelled in her clinical performance. She completed her
assignments on time. She learned to navigate the EMR in EPIC. She” gets” looking at all parts of the patient's
past and current modical issues in order to care for hor patient. She handled high stress situations with
‘competence and confidence. She looked like a natural In the clinical setting. Katya will be an asset to the
nursing profession.
