Bardo for any instrumental teaching position he may seek. I worked closely with

Brendon this past spring and had the opportunity to observe him teach, hear him
perform, and witness his interactions with students, administrators, and colleagues'
ln his placement witl me this past spring at Regan Intermediate School,
Brendon took lead responsibilities for the fourth grade band, fourth grade music
lessons, and fifth grade jazz ensemble' Additionally, he was a pit performer for t}le
school musical,
Brendon consistently demonstrated the highest levels of professionalism
during his time at Regan lntermediate School. His personal musicianship is
exemplary, and he is easily able to communicate his passion for music to students.
His demeanor with his classes is patient and understanding while maintaining
positive classroom management The students absolutely loved him and our band
program was greatly enhanced by his teaching'
In his time at our school, Brendon was proactive about communicating with
colleagues and administrators and he demonstrated willingness to help in all areas
at our school, It was truly a pleasure to work alongside Brendon'
I am sure that Brendon has the skills to effectively administrate his own band
program. He is knowledgeable on music literature and has all the tools to succeed at
high tevel. He is self-directed and has the ability to see what needs to be done, and

does it without needing supervision.

If we had a band position available within the Starpoint Central School
District I would counsel the Principals to hire Brendon as quickly as possible. I
genuinely wish we had such a position available at this time and could bring
Brendon to the music staff at Strpoint. If there is more information that I can
