Introduction

We may wish to normalize Maxwells equations for use in computational electromagnetic (CEM). These normalizations can improve the precision of numerical
solutions to electromagnetic problems.

H = j0 r E

We normalize because the electric and magnetic fields differ by about three
orders of magnitude. To fix numerical problems where the differing magnitudes
cause us to lose precision, we can use the equations about to put equations in
forms of k.
