I am completing my last year of my graduate degree. In May 2017

I will have my Masters Degree in Education with a dual
certification in Library Media Specialist and Instructional
Technology. I am currently looking for a Media Specialist or
Instructional Technology Specialist position. I am also looking for
a classroom Teacher position. I currently hold a Georgia Educator
Certificate Level 4 for Early Childhood Education.
My goal as a Media Specialist is to create a learning environment
for the students and the staff. I believe the Media Center should be
the information hub for the school and the community. The Media
Specialist has the opportunity to collaborate with classroom
teachers and support the curriculum. The Media Specialist has the
opportunity to support teacher in instructional technology and
resources. The Media Specialist has the opportunity to reach the
students and the community while supporting their learning
needs. A school Media Center could be the core for learning,
creating, collaborating, and support. I believe technology is the
future of education and the key to creating an individual education
plan to accommodate every student
My goal as a classroom teacher is to be a balanced educator that
reaches every student. I believe in classroom management
techniques that make every student feel safe and valued. I want to
educate each individual learner and help each student meet or
exceed their learning potential. I enjoy creating and supporting
curriculum that stimulates the students. I believe in lifelong
learning for myself and using reflection to continually improve.
