Modern tourism has come in for a lot of criticism recently but has been unaffected by it
and rightly so. One of the most common faults found with it is that (1) no longer broadens
the mind but why should it? Probably, the holidaymakers who choose to go on a holiday tour
know just what such a holiday involves. This is what (2) to them so why shouldnt they go
