Dear Flinders Living,

My name is Jayden Fischer, and I am currently a fourth year Physical

Education student at Flinders University and from 2013 to 2015 I lived at
the Flinders University Hall.
On behalf of Flinders University, myself along with several other peers, are
coordinating a Modified AFL 9's Carnival for surrounding metropolitan
primary schools to be held on Friday 28th October on the corner of
Sturt and Main South Road. The philosophy of the carnival is to
promote lifelong engagement within physical activity through Modified
AFL 9s in a positive, fun, exciting and safe environment. The carnival
encourages participation of students across differing skill abilities with a
focus on providing an environment whereby participation, enjoyment and
safety are a priority.
We would like to invite Flinders Living to help facilitate our event through
either a Sponsorship and /or In-Kind Partnership. We are seeking in-kind
partners and/or sponsors that will assist us with the goods and services
required to facilitate our event. From Flinders Living in particular, we were
enquiring as to whether we could gain use of the Halls BBQ and/or
Flinders Living marquee.
In appreciation for your support, sponsors will be acknowledged and
thanked onsite at the event, along with receiving a Certificate of
Appreciation for your contributions. Additional signs or banners including
your organisations details can also be promoted and displayed at the
venue.
