The youngers
behavior is harder and harder to control, they tend to be more independent and
forceful. The grown-ups have to be aware at their progenies attitude, they should
temperate them through understanding, giving the right advices and examples at
proper times.
First of all, it is well-known that teenagers often set examples, they idolize
stars and important personalities. That could be used to teach them significant
lessons. For instance, Oprah Winfrey, who is considered one of the most influent
women in the world, represents an example of ambition, dignity and success. She
worked her finger to the bone and gained her notoriety. Although she grew up in a
modest environment, through her work, she reached the top. This is a great
example for youngers, who are permanently seeking after their purpose in life.
Secondly, the life of a teenager is not full of dazzling moments, they tackle
new situations and they are easily affected by dreads. In those cases, a rational
adult who say the right words, could be extremely encouraging, beneficial and
hopeful. For example, a relationship between a mother and her daughter, which is
based on trust, honesty, respect and communication, could be really important for
the young girl. Listening to the wisely advice of a mature person could help them
get out of some odd moments.
All in all, those barriers between generations should be broken down and
fulfilled with appreciation, love and trust. It is important to have the right example
and support when needed in order to succeed in life.
2. Review
If you want to live the Chinese dream, you are only a few bites away. The
`China Town` restaurant provides a large variety of tasty food which will definitely
please your senses.
The first time I booked a table at the restaurant, I enjoyed a delicious dinner
consisted in a Chinese soup, which was spicy and flavorful, and rice noodles with
sea food. As a lover of Asian gastronomy, those plates were staggeringly brilliant,
beyond my expectation.
The whole atmosphere was Asian-like. The walls were painted in red and
black, with Chinese motifs all over. Bamboos trees, the candles and the peaceful
music created the ideal place for a unique meal. Those elements made the whole
experience even more enjoyable.
The only matter that bothered me was the delay between ordering and
serving the food. I had to wait at least twenty-five minutes, which was quite
disagreeable. Although, the waiter was kind enough to offer me a glass of juice for
making my waiting more supportable.
Overall, it was one of the best dinners I have ever had and I strongly
recommend going to that Chinese restaurant. They have a well-structured menu
and those who are not so keen about Asian food could try some safer plates, like
chicken in curry sauce and rice. It is an experience worth to try and it will not let you
down in the dumps.

4. Proposal
To: Mr. Hayek, The City Council
From: Hugh Jones, Employee
Subject: Careers Service
Date: 10.12.2016
Purpose
The aim of this proposal is to present my suggestions regarding the new
careers service for young people, its offers and the way it should work.
Schedule
One of the most significant matters which should be taken into account are
the opening hours, because the program will be for students, especially, and they
require a flexible timetable. I firmly believe that the best option would be starting at
around 11.30 a.m. and closing at 8 p.m., or later. To achieve its purpose, helping
young people to start a successful career, we have to be as close as possible to
their needs.
Opportunities
The service should be extremely well informed about what a younger should
do, even if it is about universities or job positions. We should provide quality, safe
and exact information about what is available on the market at that time, there
should not be place for doubts. Moreover, we should focus on their necessities, their
capacity and their possibilities. They must fill in a form at the beginning in order to
be easier for us to advise them wisely.

I suggest that on the main hall will be a board for younger to take a look at.
Companies and universities could present their offers there. Furthermore, our
customers could see the range of opportunities they have, in all domains.
Conclusion
Apart from the specific suggestions I mentioned above, I am convinced that
the running of such a program would be of use to young people. Not only they will
be helped in choosing the right career, but I foresee that they will provide us with a
better understanding of their needs, their paths they need to follow.
