UNDERTAKING

That I will seal the the hole I created for A.C, if need be for me to vacate the apartment.
That I will not fight, steal or gossip in the yard and will pay my light bill.
That I will not keep domestic animals(e.g fowl) within the premises of the apartment.
That I will always keep my rooms, toilet, and premises neat and tidy.
That I will control our children and musical system not to disturb other tenants.
That any property destroyed by me must be replaced immediately.
That I must not sublet, rent out or give the key to any other tenantor person other than the
land lord, if leaving the apartment
That threr structures(s)and electrical fittings found in the room(s) prior to my occupancy
will not be altered, removed or redesigned without the land-lords content or his agent.
That I will pay my house rent one-month to the expiration of my previous rent.
As a tenant, it is my duty to meet to meet the landlord three(3) months to the expiration
date, for the renewal of the agreement by seeking the consent of the land-lord.FAILURE
TO DO SO MEANS I WILL PACK OUT ON THE EXPIRY DATE AND
NOTHING ELSE.
If the land lord approves a renewal then future payment will be on a yearly basis.
That at the end of my payment, this agreement expires and my tenancy terminates and I
have accepted to pack out of the apartment and hand over the key(s)to the land-lord
on..
That failure to abide by these conditions, I am liable to be EJECTED by force and my
advance payment if any, will be refunded to me whenever the rooms or apartment has
been subleased.
