To that Weary Soul

by Romela Cris Pearanda
Clear fears flowing from your eyes
No dont wipe it, its okay
Let all heart aches go
Free yourself from pain
Stop biting your lips,
It will only cause another pain
Open your mouth and shout
Let the world hear your distress

Stop cutting your arms

Please love yourself
Yes, youre not perfect
You fail sometimes
And thats fine
Everybody has weaknesses
So show yours
Theres nothing to be ashamed of
From those we become strong
Learn how to swim with sadness
Dont ever let it drown you
Believe that it wont stay forever
Believe that all is gonna be okay
Even if nobody really understands
Remember that theres always
A sun that shines for you
A moon and stars that
Accompany you in darkness
And the world that will
Always change the night today.

The PSYCHFEST
by Ma. Ayanna Valle
It was indeed a blessed and fruitful week for the Franciscans as we celebrate our 35th Foundation
Anniversary. Together with the collaboration of our beloved administrators, faculty members as well as the students,
different innovative ideas were given and produce to create such an event that gave excitement to everyone and
obviously we are all entertained. One of the events that really marked to everyone is the booths which were created
by the students, aside from the enjoyment it gives, it also gives benefits to the students who work hard to make it
possible and as for those who joined, of course they will also get prizes or even if they dont get one, atleast they
experienced it and it is a good thing.
One of the participants in creating the said booths are the students in the Liberal Arts or the PSYFRA. These
students proved that they have something to show for and they will not be last in the list. Their booth named
PSYCHFEST, PSYCH which is abbreviated from the word Psychologist and FEST which is the FESTIVAL. The
ideas are really interesting and these students make sure that it will be unique and will be convenient for everyone.

creativity and cooperation of these future Psychometricians to be led by the 4 th year President Aj Vasquias together
with the 3rd year, 2nd year and 1st year students. The success of everyone is simply caused by the heart and

inspiration of the students to giveway for all the blessings that this institution has received, for all the years it existed.
Each and everyone gave their best contribution for the success of booth and they make sure that everyone will be
