The background of this creation is the desire of the

writer to make art painting that can move. Start with the
two techniques that writer has studied before, that are
animation technique and painting technique, the writer
wants to combine this two techniques become move art
painting that in common called Mapping Art with basic
animation technique.
The focus of this creation is to create mapping art
in the painting with animation technique. Meanwhile, the
purpose of this creation is the writer wants to create
mapping art in painting. Also, the writer wants to
strengthen visual value of the painting, so that become
more interesting. The writer wants to develop and
realization his idea with keep looking at the references as
the reference to create art working.
The mapping art creation in this painting is using
some creation steps. They are idea, concept, execution
processes (manual process and digital/animation process),
then finishing step and display. There two creations of this
study, they are mimpi buruk dan ngidung. The two
creations have a measurement of 140 X 190 cm with
acrylic on the canvas that combined with animation video.
