1/2 cup sour cream 5 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese 2 cups shredded cooked chicken 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided 1 green onion, sliced I throw everything in the slow cooker, it takes about 1-2 hours on high to be warm. It might take 2-3 on low. I have served it with bread or tortilla chips. I used a rotisserie chicken and omitted blue cheese because not everyone loves it like me. I had parm cheese on hand to use but have used different cheese.
