1. In general, SOCI Mas has implemented all four main steps of performance management, with details as follow:
a. Planning: All steps have been conducted
b. Communicate: Benefit / role of KPI (and training) are not communicated well to the employees

c. Monitor: No formal system, implementation depends heavily on management


d. Review: Ineffective in determining training needs and career advancement / compensation adjustment
2. SOCI Mas' PM hasn't been fully utilised to reflect and enforce the company culture
