It is with the utmost honor, privilege and confidence that I recommend Jessica Adinolfi for
undergraduate admission to Merced Junior College. Having volunteered with her at Millennial
Soccer Camp, it is clear that Jessica is a very poised individual, who is dedicated to her academic
studies and has an innate ability to be a leader. Her experiences volunteering at Millennial Soccer
Camp illustrate her drive for excellence, allowing her to capitalize on her strengths, while
minimizing and overcoming her weaknesses. These reasons, among many others, make Jessica
the best candidate for acceptance.
Through collaboration and inspiration, Jessica challenged each team member to perform their
very best. By demonstrating quality leadership skills and giving precise feedback both on and
off the field, the kids found their confidence and strength, and thus grew as a team under the care
of Jessica.
Additionally, she is extremely flexible, and able to adapt to any situation in a timely fashion.
Camp does not always go as expected, but Jessica never failed to keep up, maintaining the
positive, character- building atmosphere in all situations. Jessica has a profound talent for
problem solving. She is innovative, yet analytical showcased by the fact that she always thinks
outside the box to develop and implement new ideas that are certain to be a success.
Because of her exemplary leadership abilities, her drive to succeed, her dedication to her
academic endeavors, and her ability to collaborate with others, I am certain Jessica will be an
asset to forming the perfect student body at Merced Junior College.
