Do the local initiators have experience with Community Power
Projects? Solar or wind power? How to structure the project? How to

electricity grid with intensive legal support
France: The project Ile de Sein wants to buy the local
electricity grid and will start a legal action against the French state and
Electricit de France

if you cant structure or finance the project alone!
