Dear AX Board,
I am submitting this business proposal for the lease of the Cafe space. I have
spent a great deal of time thinking about this location and the potential it has
to become a great success in our town. I have learned a lot in the process
and believe that I could make this space into a cultural staple of Sussex.
That being said, I have also looked at what I can offer and the resources I
have at my disposal and know that I would need outside support to actually
get it up and running.
I submit this proposal to you with the caveat that, as it stands, Knocks Cafe is
a hypothetical situation and is not yet ready to be made a reality. As with so
many great ideas in this world it is dependant on the availability of funds and
the will of great people.
However, I firmly believe that complaining without suggesting a solution is
just whining, so within the business proposal is a potential suggestion on
how AX and Knocks cafe can work together to make a mutually beneficial
arrangement for the future.
