Score notes

Classic Horror 3:
This score will be used as the establishing shot to signify the genre
of the film being horror. It will work along side the codes and
conventions of the film and also help the audience identify that the
genre is horror. It gives the hint of a scary and dark atmosphere.
The house of leaves:
This score will be used throughout the production as it sets the tone
of the genre being horror and also keeps the suspenseful aspect of
the film there, which keeps the audience on their feet and
constantly guessing.
Nervous piano:
This sound will be used for when the scenes with flashbacks are
used to create a sense of worry and mystery, which helps, as it will
go well with the codes and conventions of a horror film.
Extras:
We will include scores that can be seen as discrete or minor and
these can be footsteps following John and this can help explain the
idea that John is being followed rather than the audience being
confused as how the antagonist might have been near John or got
there in the first place.
