How are the variables understood worldwide?
How are they understood in Nigeria and how are they understood
in your company?
How is solving the problem aligned with your vision, mission and
core values?
SM is about competition. You should therefore write like a CEO.
Use TOWS matrix.
Benchmark your company with two competitors in the same
sector.
Tell us how much you will be losing by the problem. (All of these
points make SM different from other ALPs).
