Daily Mast Inspection

DAY 1
Crown Block, Sheaves, Handrails, Safety cables, Nuts & Bolts, Pins,
Shakles, Grating, Any loose or bent items, Lights & Fixtures, Any items
that are worn and need to be changed. Excess Tar. Air hoist sheaves
and safety lines. Any signs of dirt or rust. Fall arrestors

DAY 2
Beams, Safety pins, Any bent members, ladder, Condition of ladder &
safety cage, Safety chains, lights & fixtures. Cross beam of torque tube.
Torque tube pins and safety. Tong counter weights.

DAY 3
Monkey board, Fingers, Safety belt condition, Handrails, Beams,
Grating, Ropes, Shackles, Safety pins, Talkback, Lights & Fixtures. Any
items that are worn and need to be changed. Condition of stabbing
board hoist and cable. Etc. Any signs of dirt or rust.

Ropes, Shackles, Safety pins. Condition of stabbing board. Lights &
Fixtures. Travelling block & hook - guards, pins. Torque tube

Everything on the rig floor to the top of the TDS. Complete inspection of
entire TDS and pipe handler. Beams on top of the doghouse.
