Use of Human Resource Planning in implementation of Right to Education
Act The success of a nation largely depends on the quality and the quantity of Human Resources. It is one of the most essential assets of a nation as it is the people who make use of other available resources. Hence, it becomes crucial to nurture that unique pool of talent embodied in everyone. This calls for proper human resource planning in all walks of life. Formal process of education begins at an early age. Therefore, it becomes important to have a proper education system in place to ensure that every child has access to quality education. Right to Education Act, 2009, is an initiative taken by the government to realise the dream of making quality education accessible to every child in the country. Thus, proper implementation of RTE is necessary for the growth and progress of the country.
