This is to certify that Mr. NAWAB AHMED S/O MUHAMMAD IJAZ has served as Management
Trainee at Govt. District Social Welfare Department Sargodha w.e.f. 10.02.2014 to 05.08.2014. He was
found with good will to acquire knowledge of management, administration and record maintenance.
As Management Trainee he worked on following era and gained sufficient knowledge.
Performed record maintenance by implementing Kaizen in combination with 5-S technique.
Performed scheduling of the training sessions and CPD activities carried out under the head of DO
Social Welfare.
Assisted in organizing conferences, Training sessions of volunteers, workshops of representatives of
NGOs.
Proved his existence by using his potential to perform in different project under social welfare
department Sargodha.
Assisted NGOs registered with Social Welfare Department, for maintenance of record, Accounts and
marketing of the products
He is very punctual and quick learner. He has command in accounts, administration, and office as well as
field work. His attitude towards staff was exemplary. In the light of my knowledge he is intellectual,
hardworking and capable of working independently with self motivation. We wish him all the best
in his future endeavours.
