It has been decided to depute you from L&T Infotech - Airoli SEZ PH-III 16SA to INDIAN NAVY (New
Delhi), New Delhi 16SA from June 02, 2015 to September 30, 2016.
As a normal practice, this period of deputation may be extended or you may be recalled before the
completion of the specified period.
The monthly allowance applicable to you from the 1st day onwards will be as follows:
Food, with vouchers
Sundries / Conveyance

Rs. 7100/Rs. 1300/-

Deputation Allowance for client site

Rs. 2475/- ] as per grade

Location allowance, if any, payable to you will be withdrawn during the period of your deputation.
You may claim your deputation allowance from the Local Accounts Department.
During the above period, you will observe the timings and weekly off / holiday as observed
at your place of deputation. Please regularize your attendance during deputation.
On completion of your deputation, you are requested to get an approval from your Reporting
Manager / BUHR regarding your deputation end date and forward the same to the CHS Team at
CHS.Offshoremovements@lntinfotech.com in order to activate your access to the base location.
All the other terms & conditions of your employment will remain unchanged.
