Accommodations:

Adam will have access to a large desk that his wheel chair can fit under.
The rows in the classroom will be wide enough and there will be multiple settings where
his wheel chair can fit under so that he and his group can choose where in the classroom

they wish to work.

If Adam is having a day where he is experiencing chronic pain, he will have access to a
recording device where he can record the answers to his questions or tests rather than

writing them.
Adam will also be able to receive a download for all of the forms of assessment so that he
can decide if it is more convenient and comfortable for him to write his answers or type

his answers.
Adam can use digital tools to create his drawings rather than coloring them, if he is

experiencing chronic pain.

Adam will have a small light on his wheel chair, if he is experiencing pain or need some
sort of assistance he will indicate the light and I will check on him. This helps
communicate assistance needs, rather than assuming assistance needs.
