Guidelines for Poster Presentation

Digital file of poster MUST be submitted due to May 12, 2016 to


grantwriting.indohun@gmail.com with subject: IGWWC2016_Name_Poster
Presentation
The dimension for the poster is A1 portrait (594mm width x 841mm height). Poster
larger or smaller than A1 portrait will NOT be allowed to be displayed during poster
presentation.
Poster material must be prepared in advance and text should be large enough to be read
from a distance of 1 meter.

Each poster must clearly indicate at the top: the title of the project, the names of the
authors and their affiliations. The size of the characters for the title should be at least 25
mm high.
The poster should provide enough information to convey the key points clearly. The
poster content should be logically sequenced and visually attractive.
You are advised to bring them with you to the conference.
Please note that there will be no audio-visual equipment in the poster area.
All means of attaching posters to poster boards will be provided.

Gold Scholarship

Please make sure, you will arrive in Surabaya in May 16, 2016.
Participants who will use train to the venue, committee will not arrange your
transportation. Committee will reimburse your transportation based on your origin or
home. Please see the ceiling of the reimbursement below and please keep your receipt
and give it to committee at the venue.
