REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4302 - AN ACT TO ESTABLISH A NATIONAL SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES
IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CABUCGAYAN, SUB-PROVINCE OF BILIRAN, PROVINCE OF LEYTE,
TO BE KNOWN AS CABUCGAYAN NATIONAL SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES, AND TO AUTHORIZE T
HE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
Section 1. There is hereby established a national school of arts and trades in t
he Municipality of Cabucgayan, Sub-Province of Biliran, Province of Leyte, to be
known as Cabucgayan National School of Arts and Trades.
Sec. 2. The Secretary of Education is authorized to organize the curricular inst
ruction in said school and he shall have the power to issue rules and regulation
s as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Sec. 3. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropr
iated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for
the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal ye
ar nineteen hundred sixty-six. Thereafter, the sums necessary therefor shall be
included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Sec. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
