he Municipality of Wright, Province of Samar, and Authorizing the Appropriation

of Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in C
ongress assembled:
Section 1. A school of the Polangui School for Philippine Craftsmen type is here
by established in the Municipality of Wright, Province of Samar, to be known as
the Wright Vocational School.
Section 2. The Secretary of Education is hereby authorized to organized the curr
icular instruction in said school and shall have the power to issue rules and re
gulations necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
Section 3. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appr
opriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated,
for the establishment, operation, and maintenance of the said school for and dur
ing the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-three. Such sums as may be necessary
for its operation in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Ap
propriation Acts.
Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
