PT600 Firmware Upgrade User Manual

Before upgrade, Please check you already get ready of all following items:

PT600 Device
Screwdriver (to open PT600)
USB cable
CP210x_Drivers
mcuisp_stm.exe
PT600 firmware file we provided (like PT600 1.15.hex)

First: Install the Driver (CP210x) in your computer under XP system.

Please find your driver file and open it, then follow below picture to install this driver.

Second: Connect the USB cable to your computer, then you can go to your computers Device Manager to
check the USB com port, please refer to it as below:

Third: Double click mcuisp_stm.exe we offered, and then you need make some setting on this file, please
refer to below picture steps:

Step1: Select COM3 what you checked at above.

Step2: Select 115200,make sure use 115200.
Step3: Click this button to add our PT600 1.15.hex file from your computer.
Step4: Click (P) button
Note: Please dont click any other button or modify any setting in this Tool except above steps.

After youve done above steps, you use screwdriver to open the PT600 shield board same with below picture:

After you open this shield board, then you connect the USB cable to PT600, and you move Switch of Upgrade turn to Right side,
and also move Switch of PT600 turn to Right.
(Please refer to below pictures to find the Switch of Upgrade and Switch of PT600)

After youve done all above steps, you will see mcuisp_stm.exe with some data as below picture show on your computer:

It means PT600 is upgrading, and after few seconds, you will see below picture,

It means firmware upgrade is finished.

Fourth: Disconnect PT600 with your computer.

Just disconnect USB cable and close the mcuisp_stm.exe.
Note: Please remember to move the Switch of Upgrade back to Left side and also move Switch of PT600 back to Left side
to turn off PT600.
