SUBJECT: Temporary Pop-up Stores
Purpose
The purpose of this proposal is to conduct research about how temporary pop-up stores play an
important role in marketing new products. The research given about temporary pop-up stores
discusses about the relevancy and benefits of temporary pop-up stores, how temporary pop-up
stores can affect other businesses, and the successful outcome of temporary pop-up stores.
Feasibility
I believe that by finding a solution (such as researching evidence, statistics, and personal
experiences), can solve the problem that many people are wondering if temporary pop-up stores
are effective?
Audience
Other than the instructor, our initial audience is targeted at marketers and consumers. Marketers
can gain much insight about how effective temporary pop-up stores are, and how they can easily
promote their new products. Consumers are also the initial target audiences since they are buying
the new products that are being promoted by marketers.
The term Temporary Pop-up stores may be unfamiliar to the audience hence it is becoming
more trendy, and popular throughout the world. The term Temporary Pop-up stores will be
explained throughout our research and presentation which our audience will gain more
knowledge about the term.
Topics to Investigate
What are pop-up stores and how do they work?
Pop-up stores are short-term shops that is open for a couple of days, to attract and sell
new products.
Methods
By conducting research towards our topic, we will find the answers to our questions. In addition,
by providing evidence, and data to add to our answers enhances our knowledge of the questions
we are investigating. Our team also researches about articles where marketers share their
personal experience of how temporary pop-up stores are beneficial and successful to marketers,
consumers, and the uprising of their company.

Qualifications
All of our team members are aware of temporary pop-up stores which made it easier for our team
to decide to write the report on temporary pop-up stores. Every member in our team
brainstormed, added suggestions, and formed our ideas together to research about the report. One
of the members in my team (Ammoldeep) is also a business student, and he can give us more
knowledge and insight of how these particular businesses operates. If I run into difficulties, I will
turn to my team members for help.
