Competent executives manage people and resources for the good of the society.
Monetary benefits and titles are simply the by-products of doing the good job.
1. Manage people and resources means the ethical excecutives will not only
do a job for their own benefits only but also for the society. This is example
of ethical doing because excecutives will manage people and resources for
the good of society sincerely.
2. To be an ethical competent executives, he/she needs to have some skills
such as honesty, integrity,fairness, caring and respect for others,
responsible citizenship, persuit of excellence and accountability. Example,
the executives respect for others by managing people and resources for
the good of the society.
3. The unethical excutives will manage people and resources only just for
his/her monetary benefits and titles on the particular products without
caring about the society.
