I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Charmagne S

Duque, an employee of mine and current student in the LPN-RN
program. While working in my clinic, she shows herself as energetic
and meticulous. We regularly discuss an assortment of healthcare
subjects and I admire her extraordinary nursing abilities and creativity.
Charmagne has been my Clinical Assistant for 8 years. Her
responsibilities in the clinic include checking in patients by getting
their chief complaint, vitals, and updating medical records. She
performs EKGs, PFTs, vaccinations, and patient education. She is
great with people, she gets along with all my patients often asking for
her specifically for assistance.
Her interest in the medical field and kindheartedness is the reason why
I personally chose her to accompany me on a medical mission to
Nepal. During this trip, we traveled to villages where medical care is
not readily available. She assisted me with the care of over 500
patients in the course of 3 days.
Charmagne wishes to receive her bachelors degree in nursing as soon
as she finishes the LPN-RN program. The need to make a difference in
peoples lives has gotten her this far. I believe that she is capable of
being a great registered nurse. I wish her luck and I am confident that
she will be an absolute asset to your program.
