a wide variety of healthcare units. My experiences in clinicals have equipped me with the ability to assess
patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and provide skilled nursing interventions to promote
optimal health outcomes. Whether it's administering life-saving interventions, coordinating with
interdisciplinary teams, or comforting anxious patients and their families, I am committed to delivering
compassionate and evidence-based care in every situation.

During my time as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I developed a deep empathy for patients and a
commitment to providing personalized care that met their physical and emotional needs. As a certified
nursing assistant, I gained valuable experience in assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing,
dressing, and feedings, as well as monitoring vital signs and reporting changes in patient condition to the
nursing staff.

What draws me most to Banner Gateway Medical Center is its reputation for excellence in healthcare and
its commitment to nurturing the next generation of nursing professionals. I am inspired by the opportunity
