The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through National Highways
Authority of India is engaged in the development of National Highways
and as part of this endeavour, it has been decided to for Four Laning of
Ramban to Banihal Section of NH-1A (Now NH-44), From Km
151.000 To Km 187.00 On EPC mode in the State of Jammu &
Kashmir under NHDP Phase II through an Engineering, Procurement
and Construction (EPC) Contract.
National Highways Authority of India now invites bids from eligible
contractors for the following project:

portal of http://www.nhai.org or e-procurement portal of NHAI
https://nhai.eproc.in from 21.07.2014 to 16.10.2014 (upto 1700 Hrs. IST).
Bid must be submitted physically or online at https://nhai.eproc.in on or
before 17.10.2014 (upto 1100 hours IST). Bids received physically or
online shall be opened on 20.10.2014 (at 1130 hours IST).

Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid
Security, document fee, Power of Attorney and joint bidding agreement
shall be submitted physically by the Bidder on or before 17.10.2014 (at
1100 hours IST), Please note that the Authority reserves the right to
accept or reject all or any of the BIDs without assigning any reason
whatsoever.
