Dear Ms. Sarah Bundy:

Recently, I purchased the new software designed by the SAS Institute. Upon using the software, I
have discovered a glitch in the program. Whenever I use the software for an extended period of
time, the program crashes.

After purchasing the software, I began to experiment with the new additions. However, after
working with the program for a couple of hours, the screen went black and the program closed.
None of my work was saved. The next day, I reopened the program and began to work again.
Once again, the program crashed after a couple of hours. Each time that I attempt to use the
software for an extended period of time, the program crashes. This issue has occurred several
times since I purchased the software.

In conclusion, I would like for this issue to be resolved, if possible. I enjoy working with the
software and would like to continue using the program if the issue is fixed. If the problem is not
able to be fixed, I would like a refund.
