Rehire the Employee:

Step 1:
Open the record of the person (Terminated) you want to re-hire

People > Enter and Maintain > Query


Select the Ex-employee and then Create Employment
This is to keep a history record for the employee, to be able to track the
1 employment period, termination period, and 2 nd employment period

Change the effective date (New hire date)

Step 2:

Select the Action Create Employment

Step 3:
Save the record.

Step 4:

Close the record


Open the form and reset the Effective Date
Open the record
Enter new Assignments detail of the employee
