    When it comes to the work and skills that I am effective with, I'd say I'm very good at helping others. An example of
    this occurred last year when my teacher assigned us an at-home final exam to do. I finished my exam at home, but I
    still came to school to assist others on their exam, and they really appreciated my help. Despit e being an introverted
    individual, among small groups, I can communicate effectively to share differing ideas with my group members.
    One way I have experienced this is while working in a group where the objective was to create a business. I was
    responsible for conceptualizing in order to give a better image of the goal of our project. I am also part of the
    multicultural club.
