Identify teamwork skills.

The method of working collaboratively with a group of people in order to

achieve a goal or objective is known as team work. Teamwork means that
people will try to unite, providing constructive feedback and using their
individual skills, regardless of any personal clash between individuals.
Teamwork skills are given as under:

Problem solving
Conflict management
Goals setting
Listening
Innovative thinking
Social
Respectful
Decision making

These are important teamwork skills otherwise there are so many other
teamwork skills as well like helping, responsible, personal character,
negotiating, positive attitude etc.

Define "entrepreneurship" and in your opinion the greatest obstacle for

entrepreneurs to be successful?

The simplest example of entrepreneurship is establishing a new businesses. Talent and enthusiasm
to develop, organize and manage a business project along with any of its risks in order to make a
profit is known as entrepreneurship. Usually, an entrepreneur is an individual who manages and
organizes any business with considerable initiative and risk.
An entrepreneur agree to take all the risks and responsibilities of any new business and will have
barriers and obstacles that must be overcome to generate a successful business. In my opinion the

greatest obstacle for entrepreneurs is fear and lack of planning. These are the main challenges
for entrepreneurs. There are some other barriers as well like culture barriers, finance barriers and
managerial barriers. To reach success as an entrepreneur, you must grip action and let go of
perfectionism, fear and worry. Entrepreneur has the authority to change your future by giving up on
these biggest obstacles to getting your goals.
