An oral report is a presentation of the material convered in your final written report. You will
have seven minutes to present your report. You may use less time, but you may not exceed the
limit. In business industry, oral report are often given before consultants, who charge
extravagantly for their time ; therefore, you must learn to budget the time allotted you and not
exceed it. You will know in advance precisely when, day and time, to the minutes, you will be
expected to give your report. Be ready to go as soon as you stand up; dont waste time with
