each competition:
up to 4 fencers/nation, no referee
as of 5 fencers/nation, 1 referee
as of 10 fencers/nation, 2 referees
as of 16 fencers/nation 3 referees
fine 500 for not presented referee
All referees must be entered through EFC the same way as the athletes!

according to the rules of the F.I.E. the EFC and FV

One round with groups followed by direct elimination table with
repechage from T-32
Equipment: FIE, No name and nation needed on the back
